Connell was contracted by Adolfson and Peterson construction to perform over lot grading, sanitary
sewer, waterline, storm drainage, and fine grading for all concrete and asphalt pavement for this 100 acre
site for the new Wellington Middle School and High School. Work included removal and replacement of
adjacent roadways. During construction, Connell was contracted to install offsite sanitary sewer
infrastructure as a Change Order.
